Nebutra Sailor is the opposite: one monorepo powers 4 production apps from 6 shared packages. The custom design token pipeline flows from brand primitives through runtime CSS variables to 541 tree-shakable icons and a multi-theme engine with 6 oklch color schemes.

The architecture ships features 3x faster than separate repos. A design change in the token package propagates to all 4 apps instantly. The component library bridges Radix, HeroUI, and Lobe UI under a single API. Built with Next.js 16, React 19, and Tailwind v4—this is the engineering foundation for AI-native products at Nebutra.
